NOTE:

• Students are expected to participate actively in Extension courses. They are expected to do homework and use class time to enhance their acquired knowledge and raise questions. Students are also encouraged to approach instructors after class or during breaks to raise questions. Unless students do the assigned work, they may not get the full benefit of the course.
• Courses that are less than 40 hours in duration: Students will receive a certificate of attendance if they attend more than 80% of classes. While student's work may be evaluated, the student's performance will not appear on the certificate.
• Courses that are 40 hours or more in duration: Students will receive a certificate of completion if they attend more than 80% of classes. The certificate will include the course description, the class grade average, and the student's course grade and indicate the student's attendance.
• An original certificate will be given to the students at the completion of the course.
• Pass grade for the Extension Courses is 60%. A score of 59% (and lower) means that a student will not be allowed to proceed to the next higher level.
• Students may withdraw after the first class. They will be reimbursed the class fee less 5000 Drams as a processing charge before (fill in the date given by the office) ………………………Class fees will not be reimbursed after the second class.
• Extension classes will not be held on University holidays normally. If a class falls on a holiday, the class will not be rescheduled. For classes that are less than 30 hours in total duration however, such lost instructional time will be rescheduled on an alternative day so that total class time offered will remain as advertised.
